The Lighthouse church is a venue to donate and give food to those who have a referral form. It is on Thursday mornings 10.30-12.00 (school term time only). You can have a free drink and cake while there.
The Lighthouse is situated between the (now closed) cycle shop and the deli, opposite the New World Nursery.
It is just around the corner from the row of shops, at the opposite end from the bus station and health centre.

While food donations are very welcome, we also take donations towards running costs. Please get in touch if you would like to help, or use the online donation box below.
We are very grateful to have been granted Lottery funding for our startup costs in 2012.
If you’re considering donating, these are the things that we are very short of right now:

Right now we do NOT need tomatoes.
The more complete list of the sort of things that we put into our food parcels is:

- Minced beef, corned beef, tinned ham
- Curry, chilli, stew, hot dogs
- Pasta bolognaise, spaghetti
- Rice pudding, sponge pudding
- Instant coffee
- Tea bags
- Breakfast cereal
- Rice, pasta, instant mashed potato
- Pasta sauce
- Long life milk (UHT)
